About 2PM
A practice built to treat IP as more than a stack of registration certificates.
2PM Consulting was built on a simple conviction: ideas, creations, and innovations deserve not only protection, but also thoughtful management. That means looking beyond registration or recordation alone and asking what a portfolio can actually do for a person, a company, or a long-term business strategy.
Our role therefore goes beyond that of a conventional law firm, including boutique IP practices. We work at the intersection of protection, portfolio management, brand value, commercialization, and strategic response, helping clients move with greater clarity rather than uncertainty.

Prayudi Setiadharma
Managing DirectorPrayudi brings longstanding experience in Indonesian intellectual property law. Educated at Universitas Padjadjaran and the University of Melbourne, he built his career in one of Indonesia's leading IP boutique firms before later establishing his own practice.
His professional path spans registered consultant appointments, domain-name dispute panel work, and active involvement in the legal ecosystem surrounding creators and rightsholders. At 2PM, he leads the firm's strategic direction and its integrated view of IP as both a legal and commercial asset.
Marcell Siahaan
CommissionerMarcell contributes a perspective shaped by long experience in Indonesia's entertainment and music landscape. His role in LMKN and his broader industry involvement make him especially relevant to questions of rights administration, creator interests, and sector development.
As an Advocate and Registered Intellectual Property Consultant, he adds practical legal understanding to his industry credibility, helping 2PM remain grounded in the realities faced by artists, rights owners, and entertainment businesses.
Meyanne Rasita
Co-Founder / Legal & Industry AdvisorMeyanne's practice has focused on entertainment and intellectual property, with experience across music, film, publishing, and related sectors. Her background gives 2PM a sharper understanding of how digital-era risks affect both formal rights and broader asset value.
Her work with musicians' institutions and creative-industry legal practice strengthens the firm's ability to connect technical protection issues with the commercial and reputational context in which clients actually operate.
